My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me with any requests. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and various attractions in this city.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shopping and beautiful natural attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities, including free internet access. the bathroom is clean and well-equipped with both a tub and shower. the staff provides good service, helping with any requests and offering assistance when needed. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes.
The English knowledge of the staff is not top-notch.

Convenient location, close to shopping area and easy access to taxis. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service during our stay. The indoor pool was clean and the fitness area was quiet.
The lack of changing area in the swimming pool was inconvenient, as guests were expected to travel in bath robes in the elevator. The breakfast room was crowded and the staff seemed undertrained, with a lack of management presence.
